This site is the space we use to distribute our products.

Is my bank transaction secure?

Yes. Our payments are absolutely safe as they are entrusted to PayPal, the world leader in online payments. The transaction takes place online through secure systems encrypted according to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system and no information relating to credit cards is transferred to Stratifico. The alternative is to pay us by the bank transfer which can be set up with your bank or via Internet Home Banking if you have activated this service with your bank, and therefore in an extremely secure way.

Can I check the status of my order?

The customer can check, at any time, the progress of their order by
accessing the appropriate section of the site.


Shipment

What are the shipping times?

The products sold on Stratifico.com may require a production time of up to 3 weeks. If the ordered product is in stock it will be immediately shipped and delivered by the courier within 5 working days from the payment confirmation.

Are there shipping costs?

Throughout Italy shipments are free. For foreign countries, the cost varies from country to country – you will be advised of the cost when ordering.


Returns

Are you not satisfied with the purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any of the products within 14 working days from the date you received the product(s).

  1. give written notice to Stratifico by email or registered letter, within 14
    days from the date of receipt of the product , using the rejection form or
    any other explicit declaration;
  2. Carefully package the product and any acessories and
    send it to Stratifico by courier. You must pay for the shipping costs.
  3. upon receipt of the goods, Stratifico will check that you have complied with the sales conditions; and will then send you an email confirming acceptance of the return and the refund will be approved

Stratifico reserves the right to refuse to pay a refund if you did not contact Stratifico within the time specified or you were late in returning the product or the product was tsent not in the same condition in which you received it

How do I get my money back if I returned something?

If you have used PayPal, you will be credited with the sum . If you have paid by bank transfer, you must promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code - Name of the invoice holder).
